Grup Ajans Medya was started in 2000 to do business in outdoor advertising. It expanded its product portfolio and was turned into an advertising agency in 2003 and was renamed WMC to create a brand.

Expanding its service portfolio by adding alternative communication means, it was renamed YNG Grup in 2008 to gather its 5 companies and 150 employees, and expanded to import-export business.

Continuing to expand its service portfolio by investing in human resources and technology, YNG Group expanded to agriculture and animal husbandry in 2011.

In 2015 , YNG Grup started to provide service in the sector with the representation of the majority in Defense Industry field with the YANKAR MARINE brand .

Now YNG Grup operates 5 companies and employs 150 people to do business in various industries.
